The client needed to improve the existing spaces for art house, consisting of painting, music and art classes and also adding some new spaces to the current ones, so we designed the new art house centre in old parking floor which was larger. But the main problem of both current and new space assign to the art house was the low height of this level. So we decided to design an exposed ceilings with exposed piping and ventilation systems to have the maximum functional and visual height. Due to cost control and management we designed acoustic exposed walls for public spaces and plywood covered walls for interior walls.

A small unit with an extensive program for skin clinic was quite a challenge for renovation. The special mechanical requirements, ventilation, surgery room, CSR room, reception, private and public toilets, examination room, doctor's office and pantry all designed and constructed in the best functional way in such a small area to meet the clients requirements and program.

KHERAD PRE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The client needed to add a new education sector to the complex and also improve the existing spaces for pre elementary school. The existing spaces was built in a former parking floors so the main issue were the low light levels in these floors; Moreover having all classes under the surveillance of managers was another requirement of the client.
In this regard we designed an open space plan with folding glass partitions for classes and locating the multi-purpose and common spaces in the middle level having access to both upper and below educational levels.

JOYBAR BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Joybar Boutique Hotel was an abandoned old house from Qajar era in Isfahan, located in historical part of the city near Naqsh e Jahan square. We find this house after one year studying the possibilities of rehabilitating this kind of houses in Iran. As a conclusion we come up with a restoration plan in which we turn this old house to a small boutique hotel with 7 en suite rooms and public spaces hosting tourists from all over the world.
Our main idea in restoration of Joybar Boutique Hotel was to preserve the historical parts as much as we can and strengthening the old parts without destruction. Also wherever we add a new space it is in a modern way so one can distinguishes the old parts from the new added one in a glance.
SIMORGH RESIDENTIAL UNIT

This unit, is located in the 11th floor of a unit residential complex tower in north part of Tehran. Clients are a retired couple whose children were going abroad to study.
The old decorations and elements were eliminated and according to the clients' new requirements the spaces were redefined and rebuilt. In this project all these parts were rebuilt and renovated: All electrical and mechanical systems, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, closets, toilets, bathrooms, kitchen and terrace.

The client in this project required a comprehensive plan to improve the different sections of Amin Abad Health centre.
This complex is a centre for mental patient therapy and treatment consists of several sections and clinics.

ISFAHAN REHABILITATION

In this project we studied 20 old houses in Isfahan regarding the possibility of rehabilitation and restoration based on historical value, economic factors, existing architecture and structure, space and etc. .
The outcome of this feasibility study and business plan was defining two different projects in medium and large scale in Isfahan, of which one of them is completed, JOYBAR BOUTIQUE HOTEL.

2125 APARTMENT

2125 unit, is located in a 180 unit residential complex in north part of Tehran. This complex consists of two 15-story towers. 2125 unit located in 12th floor of southern tower in west side. Unfortunately despite great location of the towers, they are not constructed with high quality finishings and public spaces.
Our client were architect couple who noticed the unit's value and asked us to renovate the unit for them. Our mission in this project was changing the undesirable space to a quality worthy living space.
